The medium-dark roasted Kenya becomes less acidic. It releases notes of molasses, dark chocolate and a slightly smoky finish.
Our coffees are always fresh! To do this, we continually renew our inventories in addition to ensuring daily roasting that highlights the aromatic profile of each harvest. We store the roasted beans under the best conservation conditions for a period of 10 to 15 days.
