We have the ambition to introduce you to new coffee beans, again and again. In order to make you discover coffees that we consider incredible, we make the decision to work with certain importers of choice. For our new micro batch, we have chosen the importer Onyx Coffee. After several discussions with Edwin Martinez, the founder, we fell in love with his way of working. We particularly like the link that Edwin maintains with the origin and his family history of producers. That bond and history carries over to the entire team, so it was an easy decision to start working with Onyx.
However, among the producers working with Onyx and all offering exceptional products, it was more complex to make our choice. After several cooking and infusion tests, we chose Francisco Morales. Francisco started in the coffee world at the age of 15. With this great experience, he has constantly improved his product as well as his methods on the farm. After tasting the sample of La Esperanza, we immediately knew that we had an exceptional product in our hands. After several cooking tests, we finally present you a product worthy of Francisco's work.
