Our coffees are always fresh! To do this, we continually renew our inventories in addition to ensuring daily roasting that highlights the aromatic profile of each harvest. We store the roasted beans under the best conservation conditions for a period of 10 to 15 days. Why is freshness at the heart of our practice? Because poor conservation or too long storage drastically reduces the intensity of aromas and tasting notes.
