Our coffees are always fresh! To do this, we continually renew our inventories in addition to ensuring daily roasting that highlights the aromatic profile of each harvest. We store the roasted beans under the best conservation conditions for a period of 10 to 15 days. Why is freshness at the heart of our practice? Because poor conservation or too long storage drastically reduces the intensity of aromas and tasting notes. And since our expertise is not limited to the right choice of producers around the world, we are proud to be able to accompany the grain of the plant to your cup, promising a rich, velvety and optimal experience.
